Funeral Planning

Family and friends getting together to honor a loved one’s life is one of the most important steps in the grieving and healing process. You may opt to have a traditional religious or military service, or as more and more people are doing, you can choose to have a non-traditional ‘life celebration’.

Shmuel, a closing thought on Stan's funeral..... It appears that it was Hashem's plan for a Rabbi Hartman to intervene, and give Stan the will to live, after contemplating suicide following his dysfunctional childhood. And, it was you, also a Rabbi Hartman, completing Hashem's plan, to be with Stan and grace his journey, as his life ended, and came to a close. Thank you for being there, and all that you did.

We are grateful to Rabbi Hartman for arranging the graveside funeral service for my sister-in-law. It was difficult due to the circumstances surrounding her death as well as extenuating circumstances. Many thanks!

Rabbi Hartman arranged everything for my cousin's funeral, relieving me of a lot of worry and giving me great comfort that my cousin was handled with respect and dignity.
